Create a Display template

You can create one or more Display templates to tailor the Document List to various activities.

Perform the following procedure to create a Display template.

  1. From the Project page, select >.
  2. To switch from the initial grid to the sortable Document List, perform the following steps.

    1. Select a row to view any document.

    2. Click to undock the Viewer, opening a new tab in your browser.

    3. Return to the previous tab in your browser to view the sortable Document List (shown in the following figure).

  3. To select the fields that appear in the Document List, perform the following substeps.
    1. Click and select .
      • In , add or remove columns that appear on the Document List.
      • To adjust the order of the columns in the grid, move fields up and down in the list.

    2. Then, click .
  4. In the Document List, you can also move the order of the displayed columns by simply clicking and dragging the columns.

  5. To save recent Document List changes to the current template, click and select .

  6. To save the template as a Project Default or User Default, click and select .

    1.  In , for , type a name for the template.
      • To make the template a default for all users in the Project, select .

      • To make the template your default, select . If you have a User Default template set, that template appears even if there is a Project Default template.

      • As needed, select to make the Display template available in Review.

    2. Click .
